Busy schedule for 2020? Not sure how you’re going to fit in your workouts? Get the most strength and calorie burn possible in 20 minutes! How? American Council on Exercise (ACE) study found that the average person can burn 400 calories in 20 with a kettlebell workout. That’s an amazing 20 calories a minute, or the equivalent of running a six-minute mile! Why so much? Your body is moving in every plane, the core is taxed incredibly…very functional! Kettlebells combine strength and cardio into one intense workout. Years ago I received a certification in kettlebell training. I honestly can say it was the most intense workout I have ever experienced. I do not do these workouts with all my clients, but I do use kettlebells in some form with many of them. If they are fit enough to handle the intensity we turn it up a notch:) Kettlebell training is safe if you are taught by someone that knows what they are doing, and has experience. You can get hurt when you take classes and have never learned proper form. Adding in kettlebells to your workout regimen can boost strength and burn fat in less time. It’s tough, it’s different, it’s intense and if trained appropriately it’s awesome 🙂
