I hate not eating. I am a foodie, I admit it. A trainer, my whole life and a sold out foodie, since I was like 5. I have done intermittent fasting, and I can sustain this type of fast without much difficulty. The version I did, and have had a few clients do…with success, is this… No food after 5 or 6 at night, until 9 am the next morning. 14 to 16 hours with no food. Water and herbal tea is all we had. I only did this 5 days on 2 days off. I did lose a couple pounds and felt great. I have had clients that love the results! It does work, and I do think it is an option for some.
